Collaborative Postdoc - Stegle Lab

The Dorrity and Stegle labs are seeking a postdoc to work on an exciting project at the interface of single cell genomics and computational biology. We apply single-cell genomics to assay the impact of environmental factors on fish development at fine-grained temporal and cellular resolution, which will allow to model the the timing of gene regulation using mechanistic and causal inference approaches.

Postdoc

Current projects use single cell genomics to understand how developmental processes respond to environmental stress. Both experimental and computational biologists welcome.

Research assistant / Internship

We’re always looking for motivated candidates to learn experimental techniques in zebrafish genetics and tool-building, as well as those interested in computational approaches for single-cell genomics analysis.
